I came to Totino-Grace after pursuing religion teaching positions at many of the Catholic high schools in the Twin Cities area. On a retreat to the Boundary Waters, I went on a walk to pray for guidance. After getting lost for over an hour on my walk, I ran into a parent chaperone whose sons were also TG students. He sang the praises of the school, and I took it as a sign from God that there was something very unique about the community at TG.  He pointed me in the right direction in more ways than one that day. 

You touch the futures of each of our students. From the shy freshman adapting to a new school, to the stressed-out senior selecting the next step that will fuel their soul and also build their resume, each TG student is at a unique place in their faith and educational journey. Your giving impacts each student in the classroom, develops their faith life, and deepens their relationship with God. 

Outside the classroom, I have coached boys soccer for 22 years. The memories created from coaching captures the essence of what we work to do in all our endeavors.  Coaching has helped me see a different side to our students and guide, challenge, and inspire them in different ways. During a recent visit with an alum we agreed that the relationships forged at TG change lives.  Most important, it gives me the chance to help our Eagles create relationships that will last long after my players graduate.
